TRAINING
Training:
Next Hoops offers free group and individual training programs
Group Training: Twice a week (Limited 8 spots per session)

Group Training:
Each session of group training will follow a fairly standard schedule with slight variations depending on the players and their skill ranges. Every training session will teach a new move and drill that the player can take home and continue to work on.
Individual Training:
During individual training, players will focus on skill development specifically shooting and dribbling. Individual training is also quite flexible so players can suggest skills they want to work on.
